Contract Tendering is the process we go through to ensure you are receiving the best possible energy rates.
NES monitors the market on a daily basis;
only when the market is at a low point will we tender your requirements.
We use a closed bid tendering policy in order to gain the best possible rate for you. Closed bid tendering avoids retailers seeing other offers and simply doing enough to win the business rather than submitting the best rate they can provide.
The Process
Step 1
Initial consultation to discuss your business energy requirements and analyse your current bills.
Step 2
We prepare a report on your consumption requirements and submit a Request For Pricing (RFP) to all energy retailers in your state.
Step 3
The tendering is completely transparent and we provide you with a full evolution of all offers submitted by retailers. The report shows the various rates from the retailers and compares them to your current provider. We use your current consumption patterns to calculate the possible savings over the different contract periods.
Step 4
NES works closely with the retailer to ensure the transfer (if required) goes smoothly.
